We currently ship to customers in the United States.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States. No shipping charge is added for the standard shipping method.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery times within the United States vary by product:
- Grill products: 1–3 business days.
- Other products: 8–14 business days.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.
Fulfillment
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party fulfillment partners or product suppliers. Items in the same order may ship separately and may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
When tracking information is provided by the fulfillment partner or carrier, it will be sent through the order or shipping notification. Tracking systems can take time to display movement after a label is created. See our Track Order page for guidance.
Shipping address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at contact@stoveinacan.com. We will try to help, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.
Delivery issues
If tracking indicates a delivery problem, an item arrives damaged, or you believe a package is lost, contact us with your order number so we can review the available shipment information.
